Growing up in inner Melbourne I graduated from RMIT University. During my time at university, I was heavily involved in the Chiropractic profession – working as a Chiropractic Assistant, learning from different Chiropractors, attending different conferences and was appointed on the student committee for 2 years.
After graduating, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to run a practice in Australia’s largest mining town – Mount Isa. I enjoyed providing Chiropractic care for the local community, presenting different health workshops and collaborating with other local health care professionals. It also provided a great opportunity to explore different parts of Australia.
Looking for a coastal change (and with better weather than Melbourne!) I relocated to NSW and locumed at multiple different Chiropractic clinics in Newcastle.
As much as people were achieving great improvements with their spinal health, for some, there was something missing. They weren’t getting the complete results I knew they could achieve.
A strong focus on restoring the natural alignment and posture of the spine was not being met. This led to frustrations, for these people and for me.
Out of a desire to make a real difference in their spinal health, I created Level Spine Chiropractic Mayfield. The first (and currently only) Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) clinic in Newcastle. Being the most researched and advanced Chiropractic technique, CBP fills this gap!
As a committed chiropractor in Newcastle, I am passionate about learning new ways to improve my own health by learning from different health leaders and expanding my knowledge in areas such as nutrition, exercise, and biohacking. I’ve always enjoyed playing sports and being active – and continue to do so. I play soccer, train in boxing and Muay Thai (avoiding head injuries!) and regularly do strength and resistance training.
